At Redemption Hill, we’re a church family, and what we’re able to do together depends on each of us stepping in with our gifts and callings. Ministries don’t happen without the body of the church serving—and the more helpers we have, the lighter the load is for everyone.

Serving is also one of the best ways to get connected, especially if you’re new. Right now, we have urgent needs in our Nursery and Kids areas, including help with check-in/out or serving directly with children. All lessons and materials are prepared, and the time commitment is minimal.

There are many other ways to serve too—as a greeter, with students, or behind the scenes. Where is God calling you to invest?

During this class, you'll learn about Redemption Hill's mission, beliefs, values, and ministries. You'll also have the opportunity to meet church leaders, ask questions, and discover ways to get connected.

Whether you're considering membership or simply want to learn more about the church, Discovery is the perfect first step.

Hill Kids | Wednesday Evenings

Wednesdays | 6:00–7:30 PM | Ages 3–5th Grade

Wednesday nights are a place for kids to worship, grow, and belong! Hill Kids is designed to help children build a strong biblical foundation while developing meaningful relationships with their leaders and one another.

Each week, kids gather for engaging Bible teaching and then break into age-appropriate groups for Scripture memory, Bible skills, missions, activities, and fun.

Our goal is to help kids not only learn what the Bible says, but understand how God’s Word shapes their everyday lives.

Hill Kids is designed so children can jump in at any point during the year, making it easy for new families and friends to join us.

As we head into the fall, one of the things we're especially excited about is the return of Life Groups on September 13.

Life Groups are an important part of how we build community here at Redemption Hill. They're smaller gatherings where we can take what we're learning on Sunday mornings and continue the conversation throughout the week—discussing and applying God's Word, praying for one another, building relationships, and simply doing life together.

And in order to have healthy Life Groups, we need people willing to help make them happen.

Maybe you have a home you'd be willing to open and host a group.

Maybe you'd be comfortable moderating the discussion and helping guide the conversation each week.

Or maybe you're willing to do both.

If you're interested in serving in any of those roles and you have never been through our Life Group training before, we're holding a training on Saturday, August 22 at 8:30 AM. You don't need to be a Bible scholar or have all the answers. We're looking for people who love others and are willing to help create a place where people can connect and grow together.

Then, for everyone looking to join a Life Group this fall, we'll have our Life Group Fair on Sunday, August 30. You'll be able to meet our leaders, learn about the different groups available, and find one that may be a good fit for you.

So there are four important dates to remember:

September 6 — Life Group Fair for everyone looking for a group.

September 13 — PotLuck Lunch and Life Group Demonstration

And then Life Groups officially begin throughout the week of September 13.

We're called to live in community, encourage one another, and grow together as followers of Christ—and Life Groups give us a place to do just that.
