Frequently Asked Questions

New to church? No reason to feel uncomfortable. We’re here to help you know what to expect (and what not to expect). Redemption Hill is a welcoming place with welcoming people! Learn more here.

  • This is my first visit. What should I expect?

When you arrive, a greeter will welcome and open the door for you. We have coffee, donuts, and fruit at the Welcome Center and a friendly face who can answer all your questions. The double doors lead into our Worship Center. Our Sunday service is at 10:30 am, lasts between 75-90 minutes, is filled with Christ-centered music from our worship band, and includes a compelling message from God’s Word brought by a member of our pastoral team.

  • What do you have for kids and teens?

We offer Kids Church for K-5th grade in the kids’ area on the left side of our campus. Of course, we are happy to accommodate children of all ages in our worship service if you prefer. If a parent needs to take a young child or baby out of the worship service, we have nursery and preschool care during service. If you have students (6th-12th grade), they will join you for worship service. We do offer a Sunday morning Bible study for students at 9:15 am. This Bible study is taught by a group of skilled teachers, rotating weekly and led by the Family Discipleship Pastor.

  • Do you have ministries for senior adults?

Senior adults are a vital part of our church family, and we celebrate their wisdom and faith! Join us on Tuesday mornings for a time of worship, fellowship, and spiritual growth:

9 AM – Traditional Hymn Sing

    10 AM – Bible Study

All are welcome to come be encouraged and connected!

  • How should I dress for church?

At Redemption Hill, you'll find a warm, welcoming atmosphere where you can come as you are. Most people dress casually—jeans and comfortable tops are common—but some prefer to dress more formally, and that’s great too! There’s no dress code or expectation, just a focus on gathering together in worship.

Feel free to wear what makes you comfortable while keeping modesty in mind. We’re just glad you’re here!

  • Do you have small groups or Bible studies?

At Redemption Hill, we offer Sunday morning Bible studies for all ages, providing a space to explore Scripture and grow in faith. Beyond Sundays, our home-based Life Groups meet throughout the week, offering deeper connections and meaningful discussions in a small group setting.

Want to learn more? Stop by the Welcome Center after Sunday service—we’d love to help you find the right group and get connected!

  • I have questions about giving and church finances. Who can I talk to about this?

We are committed to financial integrity and transparency. You can find out more about giving options on our giving page. If you have more questions or you would like to speak with someone about matters related to our annual church budget, send us an email at info@rhccs.org.

  • I have a few more questions. Where can I get answers?

You can email us at info@rhccs.org or call us at (719) 596-4461. On Sundays, we invite you to stop by our Welcome Center in the church lobby where a member of our staff will respond to your questions.
