Kaleb Proctor is a college student who is learning about the practical side of ministry. When Kaleb was 17 years old, he thought his life was leading to a Broadway stage, but God had other plans. On September 10, 2016, Kaleb’s life was turned completely inside out. Even through many complex medical diagnosis, lifestyle changes, long hospital stays, and complicated surgeries, Kaleb remained faithful to serve the Lord. God changed his perspective on life and through the mentoring by Pastor Ross Jagers, Kaleb has now devoted his life to full-time ministry. Currently Kaleb is going to college to get a BA in counseling to properly serve the kingdom of God in general and as a youth pastor.
Kaleb was taught by godly parents who trained him in the way he should go resulting in Kaleb accepting Jesus Christ into his heart at 6 years old. As of right now Kaleb lives at home with his parents and his 9 younger siblings. He loves to teach children/teens and to be a sounding board for those who are hurting. At Redemption Hill Kaleb works under Pastor Ross Jagers as the Student Ministry Intern and additionally works on staff as a professional assistant.

Carl was born in Oklahoma City and was adopted at the age of five days old. He is ever-so-grateful his adopted family was Christian and Southern Baptist! His mother led him to the Lord at the age of five. He was raised in Florida and Georgia (go Dawg’s) and appreciates a good use of the term “y'all.” Upon graduation from high school, Carl worked in construction and then proudly served four years in the United States Air Force. Mike came to Redemption Hill in February 2002. He serves as a visionary leader, and is currently leading the church through a total campus relocation. In his ministry, he loves preaching, teaching, and coaching/mentoring “younger guys” in the ministry. He also greatly loves the people he serves, those who are called “Redemption Hill.” The church family affectionately calls him “Dr. Mike” because of his earned doctorate from Southern Seminary in Louisville.
Mike loves hiking in Colorado, whether it be on a trail with his wife or a 14,000+ ft. mountain with members of the 14er club from “The Hill” (he has hiked 30 of them so far). He also enjoys “diving into” a good steak, occasionally munching on a bag of potato chips, and eating at any Chick-Fil-A. He is the husband of Kathy, the father of Rachel, Holly (Scott), and LeeAnn (Jack), and is incredibly blessed to be “papa” to Daniel, CJ (Caleb Jackson), Liam and Brenlee. Mike is also a HUGE fan of University of Kentucky basketball, loves to read (especially books about leadership, history and biographies), and enjoys working out at a local gym. His life’s verses are Philippians 3:13-14.
